D Disan is an engineering company with electrical systems fabrication and mechanical manufacturing capabilities. Electronic and mechanical fabrications are accomplished in-house. A sample of equipment furnished to the DoD and FAA include: airborne microwave and communications equipment, helicopter autopilot and hovering systems, airborne electronic countermeasures and jamming equipment, various power supplies and digital control systems, aircraft ground handling equipment, aircraft 400Hz ground power generations, VASI, runway and taxiway lighting, FAA airport tower light gun, Remote Radio Control Interface Units, and many other items.

Electronic assembly is accomplished by J-STD-001 approved soldering personnel utilizing Mil-Spec components and approved manufacturing processes. Technicians and Engineering staff utilize electronic equipment which is certified and calibrated by an external certification lab to NIST standards.

A fully functioning machine shop with vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and turning centers with live tooling are located on site. Sheet metal fabrication with punches, digital shears, digital hydraulic brake, drills, and bead blasting is available. Mil-Spec painting, plating, electrostatic painting, and powder coating are done on site as well. All QC and machine staff utilize equipment calibrated by a certified lab to NIST standards.

Disan engineers and drafters have several software programs at their disposal. We currently use SolidWorks for all 3-D modeling and Disan drawing packages, EagleWare Genesys for RF and Microwave design, OrCad for PC board layout, and PSpice for schematic modeling and testing.
